I bought my daughter a used HP6707 on ebay and it had a couple keys that seemed stuck down. Prying the key off I noticed that the silicone "tube" on which the keys are mounted (inside the articulated mount) were actually broken and the keys, while they worked, were not bouncing back. I originally just put a little bit of rubber inside to make them the right height but didn't like the lack of "feel". A new keyboard was less than $20 and it took me, using your great instructions, about 30 minutes to change the keyboard for the new one. Thanks again amigo. Reggie Kevin

I had a bit more screws to remove but your step by step gave me confidence. The pictures were worth more than 1000 words. I lost the other keyboard to my 2 year old and have had the new keyboard sitting around for almost a year using an external keyboard.
